What earns the capital.

Real customers or users already paying attention, not just a plausible story on a slide.
DEFENSIBILITY
Something about the business (technology, relationships, unit economics) that's genuinely hard to copy.
HEADROOM
A path to get meaningfully bigger without the underlying economics getting worse.
PEOPLE
Founders and operators we'd choose to back again, in a completely different business.
